Hello all.. sorry for the late post.. this daylight savings is really messing with me.. I just woke up on the couch... yikes. Well had a busy day for me and i needed a bit of a nap. lol.
So had a good day today and I'm happy with all my numbers.. here they are

My goal each day is to be at 1100-1200, less than 30 one fat, about 80 in carbs and over 110 on protein. Like today.. your numbers are where I would want mine to be. I was a bit higher on carbs because of the chips I ate at the resturant. I would have to say. your numbers rock big time...
4With all that exercising you should be doing a lot more calories. I dont exercise because of my legs so I keep mine lower. Have you calculated your calories on one of the calories calculators. when I was exercising I had to get closer to 1500 to keep from going into starvation mode.

Reason I don't worry about the calories being too low is I don't sweat when I exercise. I feel a burn through my whole body inside (I take supplement of liquid carnitine 1250 mg upon arising) and only place I feel anything is back of my neck after 20 min straight workout...Unless my sweat glands where put in the wrong place LOL I just assume since I am loosing so slowly it is fat. Yesterday was double carbs for me. I doubt usually have more than 40 -50. My weight has been stable all week.
I never figured out how to judge where my carbs should be. To be honest I never ate many carbs though I WANT to...I love bread, pasta, chips, cookies, cake all c words anything with a carb makes me smile but the next day I pay for it...not only affects my energy, it really affects my attention span and make me ittitable. So I bite that bullet and say no plus I have to read every label due to allergies so its easier to do without.
Well Ms. Thang, I'm glad you were sleeping and nothing else was wrong, you had me worried. I have the soar thoat this morning everyone is complaining about, I'm going to read Michelle's post on what is helping her. Can't remember when my throat hurt like this last.
My calories are up a bit, hubby and family made me promise to try to eat more so I'm going to "try" to keep my calories between 1200-1400 for a few days to see how it affects me.....weight down a little bit more than they think I should be at. Even had people at work comment yesterday about being concerned. I was full, didn't like the feeling when I went to bed last night but I'm trying.

Well I hope you get to feeling better. A lot of people are sick right now. I am hiding from everyone hehehe.. so far my whole family has gotten it but not me... ha..shh. knock on wood.
You had a great day and you should do more calories because you are not trying to loose any more. I worry that your over achieving personality will get you in trouble with loosing to much. Remember you are doing great... You look fantastic and you know what to do to stay at goal.

Not so good ladybug......my ears are hurting now too and I've got a head ache....took more Tylenol a while ago and have a Rx allergy meds but haven't taken it yet.....makes me to sleepy and the boys won't allow me to go to bed just yet.....will take it before bed.
I've been so fortunate not to have any colds in almost 2 1/2 years, everything is flowering and we have pollin everywhere so I'm sure that's the culprit.
Thanks for asking, this medicine usually curbs it quickly.

Yes it's that time of the year for me as well...I started same way as you but ended up with a horrid sinus infection. Used my Simply Saline daily allergy med (zyrtec and singular) and no change so I did have to do antibiotic after 3 weeks. If you feel like its sinus, don't be like an ass like I was...don't know what I was thinking, felt like I got punched in the face. Hey was my first cold since surgery, guess we are taking care of ourselves pretty good.
