Did You Move To Lose Today? It's the Sun!
My body has been feeling funky today and I keep having sugar crashes, leaving me feeling weak and wobbly - no idea why as I havent done anything different today.
So I've only done stomach crunches today, but I made sure I did 4 sets of 15 spaced out from when I got home. Each time I go downstairs I try to remember to do them. That way, even if it's not every time, it ensures I do them a number of times rather than just once.
Here's to feeling normal again tomorrow....
