My body has been feeling funky today and I keep having sugar crashes, leaving me feeling weak and wobbly - no idea why as I havent done anything different today. So I've only done stomach crunches today, but I made sure I did 4 sets of 15 spaced out from when I got home.  Each time I go downstairs I try to remember to do them.  That way, even if it's not every time, it ensures I do them a number of times rather than just once. Here's to feeling normal again tomorrow....

Hi Ruth, I found this was an issue for me if I didn't eat every 2 or 3 hours and if I ate to many carbs...  Try eating more often and always eat the protein first. She if that will help.... Take care, Kathy

Walked 2.5 miles last night on the treadmill and went walking up and down hills for 45 minutes at lunch today.
