Got another quote for a new furnace today, it seems like a lot of money, but we need heat and ho****er, especially here in the NE. In the sceam of things it is a worthwhile investment and should last us I hope for many more years.

Oh yes.  guess thats what will keep us on track one way or the other. very nice day for you again.  you are starting to get that ship sailing smoothly.  I would think a furance would be an important item.  thats why they can charge so much.. gotta have one.  yikes. have a good one and hope you get it fixed soon. Hello Carla :) Yesterday was a HIGH day thanks to the 3am low blood sugar from the night before. I always calculate the midnight crashes for the next day but I dont change my eats for it. Very sunny here today and I sat in the window making vitamin D for 30 minutes *woohoo* for sunlight. Tomorow is my BIG day, I go to the plastic surgeon to find out if my surgery(ies) will be covered by medicare in whole, part or not at all. Ive been trying hard not to think about it. I will be getting everything either way but spending another big chunk of cash on my body is a little stressful.... Its less pressure when its on someone else's dime somehow :P Monday: 3am low sugar freak out oatmeal (320 cals, 12 fiber, 14 protien) bar (140 cals, 3 fiber, 10 protein) yogurt (80 cals, 8 protein) pear (125 cals, 6 fiber, 1 protein)

Breaky: taco mix (300 cals, 30 protein) pear (125 cals, 6 fiber, 1 protein) yogurt (80 cals, 8 protein)

Snacks: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)

Lunch: Ham n cheese pitas (500 cals, 7 fiber, 40 protein)

Dinner: 4oz ham (200 cals, 25 protein) pear (125 cals, 6 fiber, 1 protein) bran bites (100 cals, 5 fiber, 2 protien)

Bedtime Snack: ice cream (200 cals, 2 fiber, 6 protein) Cashews (320 cals, 3 fiber, 9 protein)

WOW.... the cals are up there and the protein is up and the fiber is up.. well its all up.. lol. good luck on the ps consult.  It would be great if they would cover it for all the hard work we did to get where we are.. but no.. they wanna fight about it with us.  Take care Carla
