Accountability... what did you eat Monday
Carla, yes I do cardio, pilates 2 times a day since 2001, I use a reformer not floor pilates and I do walk but inside not out due to allergies. 30 min of advanced pilates is equal to walking 1:50min 300 calories burned at 4.5 miles per hr,..I work out every single day unless I am sick. Have always done this since teenager...I used to walk outside when I live up north about 4 miles day each morning but went out as soon as it got light in am for probably 20 yrs...it killed my spine, I have 3 herniated disks and spinal deterioration. The pilates has helped tremendously. I have to drop some calories, I was at 126 for last few days and ot jumped to 128.5 today, fluid? Possibly I had cottage cheese for last 4 days...I've got the carbs out so it must be the calories are too high...today I am cutting it and we will see what happens.

Pretty good day. Here's how it looked: B: mocha java protein shake (4 oz. choc soy slender + Whey Gourmet Artic Frappe Cappiccino), usual coffee w/ LF H&H. Post breakfast had a Cafe Americano w/ H&H. S: 1/2 Revival Autumn Frost protein bar. L: Crab cake & 1/2 Tbsp. remoulade sauce, salad w/light balsamic dressing. S: protein hot cocoa (BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll + Diet Swiss Miss cocoa). An hour later had a small apple w/ 1 Tbsp cinnamon raisin peanut butter. D: 3 oz. Swiss steak, 2 Joseph's SF choc mint cookies S: 1/2 c. Fiber One cereal + 2 oz. light vanilla soy milk. Oh and I almost forgot.....in the afternoon sipped on new ready-to-drink protein energy drink called Whey Up. I had the citrus flavor. Very tart & tangy....definitely liked the taste better once it sat over some ice and got really cold. Stats on it aren't bad - 90 cals, 1 gram carb and 20 grams protein. I think it tastes better than the Isopure RTD. Cals: 1406 Fat: 48 Carb: 107 Fiber: 28 Protein: 149 Mary Ellen
