WEll well well.. i have survived the jellybean assault although I am still having a few backfires now and again.  I read the back and it has 25 aclohol sugar in it.. no wonder why it killed me.. dont go their matties.. it is not a good place to be.   So how was your monday back at work.. as you can see mine was a little hectic..   hmmm.. so here was my day.. in all its glory.  other than my little jellybean moment I actually had a good day.

Pretty good day here, I'm thinking I need to give up the Power Crunch bars for a couple of days though, man those give me gas.  I also think that they make me want more to eat, not sure if it's the PMS nightmare that I'm fighting tooth and nail or the PC bars.  They are like candy to me so yea it's probably not something I need around often. Hey Dana, I know what you mean about the PC bars.  They taste good but seem to set me up to want to snack more after I've had one.  When I was in my first year postop everyone raved about PC bars so I bought some and had mild dumping, so gave up on them.  Found the cinnamon flavor in a vitamin store a few months ago and gave it a try....no dumping, but didn't leave me satiated and just wanted to eat more.  It's best if I just leave them alone..... Well I bought 2 boxes of them....but will use it on a limited basis, today and tomorrow I'm going PC bar free, lol.

I agree on that one.  I changed to cereal in the morning and I've noticed I am not looking for food all morning.  I love PC bars but use the pure protein bars.  I figure they melt to nothing as they enter my stomach so not very filling.  Since I have changed I am doing much better in the morning.  I do still have one at 300 because I want to be ready for dinner at 530.  That seems to be working out much better for me now. Dana.. you had a nice day.  numbers are right on.  Seems like most of your numbers came from those PC bars.  lol.. but what a way to go... hehehe... As far as gas, I have been having trouble with that since wls.  any sugar alchols, beans, well you name it really get me going.  I would never think it would be a PC bar but hey.  all our pouches rebel in their own way.  Take a day or two off and see if it gets better.. Me I am still looking for something to plug that whole so I dont have to kill myself and my family with the smell that... god  only knows how it could be so bad... escapes.  hehee Have a good one. Almost hit 1000 & did good on protein.  I read an email today that comes to my box daily from a yahoo group, I don't participate just read, someone made a comment we aim to high on protein....I disagree, what do you all think?
