BootCamp, Personal Trainer
I've found having a personal trainer to be a GREAT investment. I worked with one for over a year - from 2 months out of surgery 8/06 to this past Dec '07 when I went back to work (I had been an at-home mom previously). After a few months on my own because my previous trainer only had hours during the weekday, I just hooked up with a new trainer because I missed working with someone so much! I would HIGHLY recommend it!
Not personally :( I have fibromyalgia and I would end up in the hospital. boo hoo.
However, my DIL has been working out with a PT for 2 months and the change in her body is unbelievable. Her arms are defined, thighs are awesome, etc. How I wish I could join here. IMHO, it would be worth every cent!!

I had been told that I have a mild form of fibromyalgia in my left arm. I work out with mild weights 3X weekly and find that stretching the muscles in that arm really helps the pain. It really seems to alleviate the pain.
Just thought you might like a little info from a fellow sufferer.
