Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

Much better day yesterday.  I'm not feeling very good, tired and exhausted.  I'm concerned I have some vitamin deficiency going on, maybe low iron or B-12, I've upped both to see if it helps.  My labs are scheduled for April 11th, so I'll see then what I need to do. March 9, 2008

YOu actually have a schedule for that.. I have to tell my doc.. hey shouldnt we check my vits.  Oh ok.. she says...lol You did have a much better day today.  It's just a matter of taking that breath and not letting it get to u.  you're doing great. Carla

Nothing sounded good today. I had to force myself to eat. Oh well - I guess it balances out the days that I have the munchies...

That is so true.  Still had a nice day even if you had to pu**** in. I think our body rebels sometimes about food, but thats a good thing.  keeps our life a little interesting. See ya tomorrow Carla

Glad the weekend is over!!!!! That's all I gotta say! LOL Loved my company...Couldn't eat right to save my life!  Sunday I had quite an appetite...My carbs were high from mostly complex carbs such as fruit...I'm going to try to get myself back together monday! (which is actually today and I have no appetite as of yet at 1:30pm) :::Sigh::: I stress out with company? Did ya notice?  LOL B: 1/2 C eggbeaters w/1T ketchup L: 2 oz pulled pork on half roll      2 bites of coleslaw S: protein bar (made me sick took a 3 hour nap) S: Hubby poured me a glass of wine...wasn't going to drink it BUT....It went down really nice. :)    4oz. dark red wine D:4oz Tofu with quick fried peppers and onions, yogurt dressing     Low carb whole grain roll up S: 1/2 C cantaloupe, grapes and blueberries S: 16 spelt flour ginger snap cookies with      16 freeze dried banana chips with       16 almonds...       (eaten stacked...yummy flavor...too many carbs..Oh well!) Girl I joined you on the almonds but mine had sf chocolate on them..yikes.  Glad those are gone.  On top of that they gave me gas.. omg.. I thought I was gonna blow up the house last night.  Well I am sure that pound will go down today.  you had a hectic weekend.  Just get on those basics and skeep on sailing that ship. Carla
