Accountability... what did you eat Sunday
Much better day yesterday. I'm not feeling very good, tired and exhausted. I'm concerned I have some vitamin deficiency going on, maybe low iron or B-12, I've upped both to see if it helps. My labs are scheduled for April 11th, so I'll see then what I need to do.

Glad the weekend is over!!!!! That's all I gotta say! LOL Loved my company...Couldn't eat right to save my life! Sunday I had quite an appetite...My carbs were high from mostly complex carbs such as fruit...I'm going to try to get myself back together monday! (which is actually today and I have no appetite as of yet at 1:30pm) :::Sigh::: I stress out with company? Did ya notice? LOL
