What do you take for a head cold?

Tracy I use the tylenol products   read the box to see which one best fits my ailments  and then take 1/2 a dose   that works for me because they make me very loopy...almost drunk like... Good luck Diana

I also do the non-drug route. Hot tea with lemon to drink, Chicken soup with LOTS of spicy stuff (chili and wasabi) to clear out those clogged tubes, extra vit C all that during the day. That said, at night duiring a BAD cold I'll take NyQuil, feel drunk, and go to sleep ALL NIGHT. But, this generally leads to drool on my pillow the next day. ;)
