Accountability... what did you eat Saturday

I ask because I have idopathic chronic urticaria...which makes me itch if I don't take a histamine for my stomach (zantac) with a zyrtec(now available as cetrizine by script). This is known to only a few specialist ands its called z&z therapy.  I took shots for 15 yrs...another 15 yrs ruling out other illness...my reactions are to myself auto immune disorder which can cause hives or rashes. Inhaling things like bleach, ammonia, pesticides or presevatives in foods BHT, BHA, TBHQ or MSG etc...dyes like yellow #5 (tartrazine), red 40 in pills and foods. I can't even take a tylenol because they keep changing their fillers. I have never been diagnosed with Celiac but am gluten wheat barley sensitive as well. First place any reaction hits before my skin seems to be in my gut then hives or ra****'s hell but I have to be very observant in what I use even on outside of my body, like lotions creams etc. It takes so long to find what I need whether its to eat or use. ~Ginny

The weather was horrible on Saturday (snow & ice) and I had to cancel my plans to see a show with my sister.  Just stayed home and relaxed....felt good!  All in all it was a good eating day for me. B:  usual coffee w/LF H&H, then later ricotta pancakes w/SF syrup S:  Whey Gourment Strawberry Banana protein shake L:  3 oz spinach & artichoke stuffed chicken breast, 1/4 c. green beans almondine S:  cinnamon hot cocoa (BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll protein + Diet Swiss Miss cocoa) D:  1/2 c. greek yogurt w/1 Tbsp SF granola, 2 pitted prunes S:  small gala apple w/1 Tbsp cinnamon raisin peanut butter and then drank another protein hot cocoa before going to bed! Cals:  1177 Fat:  35 Carbs:  99 Fiber:  14 Protein:  122 Mary Ellen

Had no time to post saturday...and Like poor Dana...I had a really awful day. I did okay until I got a late call that I was having 6 adults for company in the mid morning!  (for an overnight stay) One is allergic to nuts...so I made banana nut muffins...Some without the nuts...LOL  It was an Anita original...I didn't even bother to run the nutritional values...I just wanted to make something good and quick so I had something nice to serve as a mid morn snack before lunch! I ate two of these little muffins and I KNOW they were packed with stuff I don't like to eat anymore( Sugar and white flour)  Oh well...food hell day! LOL So Friday's  totals were at least 2000 calories as I  was done at 1563 Cals for the day before the muffins!  LOL  I could almost count them as breakfast as I was up til 3 AM baking and preparing beds and lunch UGH!!!   Saturday I was so exhausted....I had hardly an appetite...Didn't want to pull out the protein bars and powder...so I really had an awful day this day too! NO MORE Banana muffins for me this day! B: 1/2 C egg beaters w/1 T ketchup L: 1/2 C fruit salad (cantaloupe/grapes and blueberries)       1/2 oz swiss cheese and 2 olives S: 2 glasses of wine  (drunk for two hours!) D: 3oz pulled pork on half roll and 1/4 Coleslaw      3aspargus stalks Fat: 24   Carbs: 58    Protein: 37    Fiber: 1   Cal: 814   Sugar: 19  Couldn't wait til sunday to get back on the ball!  :::phew::: You don't have to comment...Just posting to keep myself honest!  LOL

Ha.. like you think I wouldnt see it.. well now.. wow.. from one extreme to the other one this day.  Ouch.. i hate those last minutes.. hey ppl are coming over and they stayed. that had to be tough.  Next time sneak in the closet for a quick shake.. those numbers are terrible.. but of course you know that. lol Carla
