Accountability... what did you eat Saturday
Well home from the MIL and had a nice day. Had to argue with my sons horse cause she was being a butt.. its all good.. she is listening now.. of course got bucked a couple times... but no horse can buck me off.. knock on wood.
Had a low day. Guess I needed to plan better. I just am not hungry.. I just now ate my ice cream and tvp just to get my totals up a bit...

Morning, well let's just say food was aweful yesterday with a capital A.......I'm still mad at myself and know mentally it's not a good thing to feel this way.....I need to let it go. Will do better today, I had a long talk with myself last night after crying my eyes out. I'm such a perfectionist and control freak that when I lose it I wallow in self-pity.
Thanks to everyone that posted yesterday, I felt so alone; like no one understands. My family supports me usually but they also think I'm crazy, lol.
I did so bad I didn't even log everything in when I saw the numbers I couldn't do it, estimating what I had I'm guessing calories were close to or over 2000. I did make my protein goal of over 100 thanks to my protein shake and oatmeal with vanilla protein powder.

Well I haven't hit the scale as yet so don't know what the raise in calories did...and shortly after midnight hit I had some licorice which they finally put the real ingredients now required by law whi*****ludes potassium sorbate (allergic) dye: blue 1 and red 40 (allergic) so I spent all night with hives...hubby thought he'd bring me a treat....enabler needs to understand not only to not bring me a treat but check ingredients first!!!! Take goodness for benedryl. Trashing them in 5 min! Still itching...I am off to bad start for today from the pizza last night...once I ate the licorice about 12:30 which was sweet I needed salty peanut butter and had two tablespoons! ACK Never have that much as I only use it as fats to take my Omega's.

I took the meds they gave me to help me sleep and not scratch this rash and MAN! They had me sleep 12 hours. Hard to get up this morning. I'm only going to be able to take them Friday and Saturday. If I do it on work nights...I'll never wake up early enough to get to work on time. And I'm really dragging this morning. It may have been a long and heavy sleep but I sure feel like I was up all night...
Yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 eggs and 4 oz of lean beef steak, 1/2 cup of grits (yum)
Snack: SoBe Living powdered drink
Lunch: 1 slice of bpc salami and 1 slice of american cheese
Snack: basically none but a cup of coffee
Dinner: 4 oz shrimp with 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce with meat, 2 slices of american cheese
Dessert: 1 protein bar

What's the rash from? I wish my allergy meds would make me sleep...benedryl keeps me up so does atarax, they make my heart palp...my daily zyrtec with zantac does not affect me at all. I am dead tired for last 4 days taking the benedryl. All I have to do is breathe and I get a hive. Right now I am so tired I could sleep...and since I have completed chores but not exercise I may do that .

They have not determined what the rash is from. Possibly Dermititis Herpetiformis (from Celiac Disease) but the allergist said it's not from allergies. I have been getting shots for those for years and now instead of 4 shots three times a week, I get two shots once a week...Getting better.
I had blood tests and a biopsy of the rash and will have the results possibly tomorrow (they said two weeks, tomorrow is two weeks). The blood tests just determined that I'm not deficient in any vitamins at this point and don't carry the anti body for Celiac. Although, it's still inconclusive and hard to diagnose. I may just go off of wheat anyway as a precaution.
I'm taking something that isn't for allergies or anything like that but it's suppose to make me sleepy...Because the itching from the rash wakes me up several times during the night. But if this is the way I'm going to feel, I'd rather wake up all night long than feel tired all day long.
