I went to the VA clinic with my husband and they had free sample packets of fiber one cereal, its not bad. I cant eat alot of cereals but this one is good and not so filling and 14 grams of fiber no sugar and only 60 calories in 1/2 cup. Im thinking if I ate this a couple times a week this could help with my constipation problems any thoughts, Debra

I've been eating Fiber One cereal every day for probably the last 4 years.  I eat 1/2 cup dry on my way to work - on weekends I add skim milk.  I like it and I think it helps my poop problems.  That and Miralax...that has really been my miracle!

I make bran muffins with it, very yummy! ( http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=9128 )  If I have the package open while I'm baking them my little hand just wants to keep dipping in for another taste.  They have such a lovely natural nutty sweetness.  I keep it tucked way back in the corner of my pantry for safety. Every morning I have some powdered no-taste fiber powder and some fiber capsules in the afternoon and still have to remember to eat fiber-y foods too or I get into trouble.   Molly

I think Fiber One was sent to us by God. I put it in yogurt, make trail mix out of it, and if you can tolerate a litlte sugar and can control yourself, it makes real good haystacks. Melt a bag of white chocolate chips in the microwave and add one sleeve of Fiber One cereal, make 18 haystacks out of it and let it cool on wax paper for 30 minutes or so. They are each one WW point. You can use butterscotch or regular chocolate if you like it better.

Couldn't live without my Fiber One cereal!!  It was the only thing that helped with constipation problems. I've not tried it in this way, but have seen recipes where you cru**** up and use it as a "breading" or coating.  Need to give it a try! I'm a daily eater too!!! It definitely helped with my constipation problems. I don't think it tastes too bad although my kids say it looks like our guinea pig food, LOL!!!

It is yummy on yogurt. One of my daily snacks too. You should also try Go Lean fiber cereal too. They both help regulate you.
