I'm running low on the TVP right now and need to get more. They sell it in bulk at the health food store I go to (The Whole Wheatery). Lots of other stuff there too. Nearly as good as Winco with their bins but Winco isn't anywhere near a health food store. It's going to be a slow weekend for me. Getting back into the stress of working and the time change on top of it.  **DON'T FORGET TO SET YOUR CLOCKS AHEAD TONIGHT.** Breakfast: 1/4 Mighty Tasty HotCeral, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup Soy milk, Coffee Snack: 1 oz Mozzarella cheese stick Lunch: 4 oz shrimp, 1/2 cup left over award winning chili (MAN, it's hot) and 2 slices of american cheese. Snack: SoBe Drink Mix, 1 large grapefruit (ate it like an orange but peeled the white membranes off. don't like those things) and 1/3 cup banana chips.  Dinner: 1 medium broiled pork chop, 1/2 mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned peas. Dessert: 2 SF Wafer cookies and 1 pc SF Candy I'm getting lax on the reporting of snacks and dessert.  Totals:  Calories: 1789 Fat: 66 Carbs 198 Protein  118
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Walked a *****ecking fences - we're about to turn our little herd back out on to pasture.  Then back home to clean house and had resident granddaughter(Alex) and girlfriend here for the night.  Alex is on virtual academy so is here most of the time. Also getting the rig ready for a trip to CA for 3 weeks of work mixed with fun.  B - Soy shake w/crystal lite, 1/4 banana, FitnLit Yog S- America Pure Protein Bar L- Split pea soup, RyKrisp, LoFat Cheese, Avacado S- Cashews, Wine D- Ground Sirloin, Broccoli, Cottage Cheese, LtMayo S- Protein Bar Drinks - Decaf, crystal lite, water. Cal 1424  Fat 46.8   Carb 98.7   Sugar 3   Protein   124 Cashews and Grd Sirloin were the big fat items today.   I'm now out of cashews and "ain't buyin no mo!!"

Wow.. a trip around CA.. sounds like fun.. wave when you get near so cal area...  Nice day for you... wow.. good job.  fats not bad even for the cashews and sirloin.  I love those things.. cashews... i cant buy them or i would eat the whole bag. Keep up the good work and have a great time.   Carla
