The weekend is here and I know.. not hope.. but know you will all have a wonderful time. the sun is out here in cali and we will be riding horses tomorrow... its a good day.  What are you all doing that great weekend.  Keep those ships sailing now and plan ahead.  It's the best way to stay on track. Here was my day

Ummm ok - I'm not going to run down the whole list of what I ate today because I ate a little of EVERYTHING! I definitely had the munchies today. However I did at least track it and I'm right in the range I should be at about 1200 cals and 110 g of protein.

Thank gawd tomorrow's a chance for a fresh start!

Carla, Caught trying to get in my last of my protein in a drink....exactly like last night. This seems to be the time I try to cram it in. Well I was trying to hit 120 but only put in one scoop and didn't realize it until I went to fitday to enter.

I am glad this is making me a close tab on everything I do.... Carla, BTW, I love soy protein, do Boca burgers and chicken (i don't eat meat) sometimes but not lately...what is the textured vegetable (don't remember seeing this) and how do you buy it, in a square???? I think its the same thing as the tsp but they called it that.  Its from Red Hill and I got it at the health food store... yummy stuff.  I have not tried the Boca burgers yet.  i am thinking of giving them a try though.  They sound interesting.  burgers just dont see to appeal to me.. You had a very low day.  watch out so you dont go into stravation mode here.  you need to get above that thousand calorie mark..  Take care.. Carla

Carla, Way do you say that? Calories = weight gain for me. I want to loose 6 more pounds. Plus I am not doing this on purpose, its litetally all I can fit into me unless I eat things I should not have. At 10:30 I am always pushing my last 270 calories down my throat. I just don't get hungry and I don't eat meat plus I am limited to what I can eat due to allergies to food, preservatives, dyes etc...

Give me your opinion here as maybe it can push me a little lower, I'm 129 today.

Oh.. I am just saying that I noticed when I took my calories above 1000 I started loosing again.  than I went to 1200 and started dropping again.  my body was storing my weight cause it thought I was starving.  You may be the same way and may want to check that out.   Try that textured soy protein.  that stuff rocks.. i usually flavor it and make chili, well anything with it.. yum yum.  the vegie soy is the same.. i think its just a diffeerent company and called it that.   Must suck to have allergies to food and such.  Its great that you dont get hungry. I dont either and I am tossing ice cream in just to get my calories up.  Have you tried doing a smoothie with protein or something like that..  You are doing great... keep doing what you're doing and looking for that little plus that will push u over..  Carla

Well I just sent hubby for whole wheat white pizza and I am doing two slices if I can fini****that will take me up over 1000 today LOL I know its a no no but that I can eat and love, ricotta/mozzarella and onions...very dry. I am happy I have a few places that will cater to what I ask...but no rosmary or orgeno on it. My treat for last two week...tomorrow I will probably be up a lb. We'll see. :) I am going to find that text. veg. protein sounds like I would enjoy it. I bet I will be starving all night after the pizza.

Crap, I'm just being a foodie the last couple of days....tomorrow I'm planning out food for the next 3-4 days.....definitely flying by my pants right now with just "finding something" to eat, hence good protein because I'm being aware but eating more quantity wise because it isn't filling me up and keeping me satisifed.  I need to control this right now with TOM coming up shortly, PMS always gives me fits. You kind of go back and forth.. a high than low than high.. Thats what being normal is about I think.  great protein day for you and your choices were all good.. Look at the numbers and you will see you did great.. Smile Carla
