Day 1 - here I go

I'm on day 5...the first day was the hardest for me. Hang in there as you will feel GREAT by day 5. I can definitely feel my pouch again and don't have the intense desire to snack and graze...woohoo! I'm hoping I can sustain this pattern
(I'm praying)! I drank the protein shakes throughout all 5 days...never liked them 3 years ago when I had WLS, but am actually enjoying them now. Strange, huh?! I'm certain I lost weight, but am waiting to weigh myself until tomorrow. Yesterday I could pull my dress pants down without unbuttoning them

I'm behind on posts so just catching up here! I hope you had a successful two days! And wish you luck the rest of the way! It's a neat little " jump back on track" this diet!
After the weekend I had (with non-wls company visiting) I might be on it the second time just to re-focus...
