Hi Paula, I'm on day 5...the first day was the hardest for me.  Hang in there as you will feel GREAT by day 5.  I can definitely feel my pouch again and don't have the intense desire to snack and graze...woohoo!  I'm hoping I can sustain this pattern (I'm praying)!  I drank the protein shakes throughout all 5 days...never liked them 3 years ago when I had WLS, but am actually enjoying them now.  Strange, huh?!  I'm certain I lost weight, but am waiting to weigh myself until tomorrow.  Yesterday I could pull my dress pants down without unbuttoning them !  Best of luck to you!  Keep us updated!

Hi Paula, I ditto what Dana says...its important to have your portein right there to reach for. Good luck and we are here to support you.

Hi Paula... Welcome! I'm behind on posts so just catching up here!  I hope you had a successful two days!  And wish you luck the rest of the way!  It's a neat little " jump back on track"  this diet!  After the weekend I had (with non-wls company visiting) I might be on it the second time just to re-focus...
