I'm about ready to get to bed also....busy, hectic day.  I am in a grazing mood tonight, I don't think the beef stick and cheese was a good choice for dinner, didn't quiet hit the spot and keep me satisified...hence 2 jellos and the South Beach bar.  My numbers aren't bad, however, I want to keep my calories slightly lower than this on a regular basis, this one day I can live with. I do need to plan better for tomorrow evening and this weekend.  Hubby is working so it'll be me and the boys this weekend, hope I survive, rofl. Oh darn and I forgot about that spoon of peanut butter and jelly that made me soooo nauseated, that'll teach me eh?

Thursday went okay. Tomorrow is friday so that can't be bad. Breakfast: Oatmeal plain and SF Maple Flavor, Soy Milk and Protein Powder, coffee Snack: Celery (3 stalks) and Almond Butter Lunch: Small taco with beef, lettuce, cheese and tomato. Extra slices of cheese. V-8 Juice alittle later.  Snack: Dannon 4 oz Yogurt, 1 medium apple Dinner: Small pork chop, 1/2 cup green beans and 1/2 a small baked potato.  Dessert: Maybe a SF Wafer cookie. I'm still debating on it.  Totals (with cookie): Calories: 1630 Fat: 71 Carbs: 157 Protein: 105 My labs showed that my B-12 and Iron and Folate are over the high mark so I must be doing something right...Nothing in too low a level except the time it takes to coagulate my blood and the size of my platlets, apparently. Everything else in normal levels.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Your poor daughter...I get car sick only if I read in the car... Couldn't bring myself to do any weird vitamin loaded tonics today...But I still had my creamy coconut vitamins! LOL It makes them taste really good! Seriously. It's an experiment. I take Virgin Coconut oil instead of thyroid meds anyway!  Have for over four years!  I just figured I see if the oil helps me absorb...It's an unusual oil.  All my food choices today were for my specific deficiencies...Anything to supplement my supplements!  I have no idea where the ice cream came in...It just snuck in there with no good purpose!!  hehe S: Coffee with protein powder      1 C fresh cantaloupe B: 1/2 C southwest style egg beaters w/ 2 T Wheat Germ       and a whole roma tomatoe. (Scrambled) Quick spray of       olive oil from my new oil mister!  (much less oil this way!)      Topped w/ 1/4C Fage FF yogurt L: Morning Star soy burger w/white american cheese slice     1T ketchup (no bread)     22 Sugar snap peas raw     1/2 tsp coconut oil with 2xIron D: 1 C Homemade Butternut Squash, spicy Italian sausage and lentil soup      w/ carrots , celery, onion, fresh garlic and chicken stock.    S: Skinny Cow Ice Cream sandwich (30 carbs-15 sugars) Will not buy these things again! yum Fat: 30   Carbs: 133.5   Protein: 109.5   Fiber: 34.5   Calories: 1210   Sugar: 45

I have a bunch of the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches in the freezer.  Last night it took everything in my not to eat one.  They are delish and oh so full of lousy carbs!

Diane I can not keep anything in the house that is not good for me. I wake during the night alot and with perfect days I don't want to go to the fridge at 3AM or 5AM and grab a carb and go to sleep. I grabbed a cup of berries (blue, raspberry and blackberries) about 5AM while replying to an "dear friend's" email. (she knows who she is here :)). I always keep hardboiled eggs in fridge now that I found my culprit...waking after I have taken a sleeping pill.  If I didn't see that cup this morning I would have never remembered I ate those berries however it was complex carbs vs bad and without the "white" carbs around I couldn't make a mistake. For 2 months I was taking 1/2 c of Kashi Go Lean Crunch  (35 grms of carbs but not white and still last week I jumped from 130 to 134.5. so that was the end of that for me....I just can't do carbs, never could even as a skinny person prior to my weight gain in 2001.
