Ok.. as I crawl in here from the long awaited training day I had.  After spending weeks preparing the info, powerpoint, video, handouts, and tons of prep time.. 2 hours one way on the freeway there and 1 hour home.. I AM TIRED.. to top it off my person couldnt come to do the video so I had to drag my daughter to do it.. who gets car sick and yes...  in my car.. what a day.. I will say.. I got great reviews and people seemed to enjoy listening to my mouth ramble for 5 hours... lol.. so here I am tired.. but I am here.   How was everyones day.. good I hope.. I am ready for my off day tomorrow.. yeah... so two good days in a row for me I think

Not bad at all.. yes that is two servings of ice cream... maybe not.. havent had it yet.. I usually can get it all in.. I noticed that if I eat turkey chili its 250 cals for the turkey and only 90 for the soy protein.. pluse the soy stays with me. has less fat and I love the taste... so I have to up my calories somewhere.. hence the ice cream and tvp added to the day. Well I am right now trying to get in my last attempt of protein (drink), which is my highest I think in two weeks. I literally had to force it...some days I just don't feel like eating this much but was a good attempt today.  ~Ginny

Well I am glad you are feeling better... nice protein.  much better day today for you.  still a bit low on calories.. but a better day than yesterday.  whats a 4 grain egg.  sounds interesting.   You're doing great keep it up Carla

Diane, it took me a fe days to find the page I copied and pasted from... go to Home tab in left, in there is your email etc. scroll down the page and you will see ",ake your profile public". Once I  that tab I saw my information, nothing personal just basically what you see when you click on my public link.  I did that same as you last week...I started to use it on Friday so I couldn't figure why Dana's looked different than what I saw...that is what made the difference. hi carla, still kindof sick with the flu. here is what i had for thursday. B- 1 scoop cytosport mucsle milk protein powder 1 cup water L- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup S-- pb and jelly sanwhich 2 slices white bread for sanwhich D- 6 inch ham and swiss subway sub 16 oz coffee, 16 oz water 16 oz hot tea
