4 Grain are eggs I am posting their description of their egg;

I swing from these to Eggland which are about the same...only diff is one has a little less sodium and I like that for my husband, I keep him between 1000-1200 since his heart attack last June but Dr suggested eggs are a better choice than most cereals. BTW anyone concerned with egg issue and cholesterol, it has been widely reported it is a hoax. I get as much Omega 3 as possible and both these eggs have it,
