Need help... 14 months out!

Ok..... I have pain, like burning cramping pain right at my pouch area.. that is radiating to my back really bad... have surgeon appt. in the am.. just wondering... Anyone else? Thoughts?

I've no idea what is causing the pain, but I hope your Doc resolves it for you soon!  Let us know what happens! Michele

Well...what did the surgeon think? I was thinking about you. I have had this pain and had many tests, nothing showed and it went away its own. I was afraid it was my heart.

Well I went to the surgeon today... He thinks its a damaged nerve from my gallbladder scar... I had OPEN gallbladder surgery i***** and had a gall stone stuck in my bile duct last Nov. Weird I know... but since they had to into the OLD scar... He thinks there is damaged nerves. That's what is making it radiate to my back. Sooooo Now im off to a pain specialists... Maybe shots in my Back? Stomach?  Who knows... Ive been VERY frustrated, cause all my tests.. blood...CT scans, etc... All come out Completely Normal. Thanks for all the thoughts! Stacey

Stacey Never thought about this until you mentioned your previous surgery but I had 3 laproscopic surgeries for  severe stomach pain back in the middle 80's which they told me I had nothing going on until I ended up in ER with cyst on ovary and endometriosis. That very well could have been what caused mine too since there was old scar tissue there. It did resolve the pouch pain but I still ahev the back pain everyday. I stretch out on my pilates reformer when it real bad and feel like I was to a chiropracter. Let me know about those shots if you go, I have been afraid to try them as I thought they were cortisone and I don't like cortisone in my body, makes me swell....I would appreciate hearing back if you do take them and the result.
