Now correct me if I am wrong.. hasnt that furance been giving you problems for a while.  Darn thing just wants to give up on you.  you need to stay warm up in that country.. bundle up and run on that treadmill.. that will help.   You should always take a day to relax.. exercise everyday isnt always the best answer... as far as food you did have a great day... even got the protein up and kept those carbs at in control..  Well done... Heelloooo Carla :) Sunny day today and I got out for a couple hours YAY :) Good eating day yesterday, no complaints but for the sugar crash at 3am this morning *bleck!* but I put those eats on the next day. I figure anything eaten after going to bed is going on the next day :P Made for big numbers today though hehehe Wednesday:

Lunch: brocolli, stuffing, chicken divan (400 cals, 9 fiber, 20 protein)

Snack: apple (100 cals, 4 fiber, 1 protein)

Snack: 2 Latte (240 cals, 18 protein)

Dinner: Ham (400 cals, 50 protein)

Snack: popcorn, bar, yogurt (310 cals, 6 fiber, 20 protein)

snack: icecream (200cals, 2 fiber, 6 protein)

totals: 1650 cals, 21 fiber, 115 protein Have a great night! HUGS PK
