Oh Oh Oh blood you know how that excites me!!!! LOL Angie, Thank you thank you thank you!  My primary wanted to know if there was anything else I needed done after I saw the oncologist but heck I think my oncologist covered all by Vit D and I am very curious to see those results since I added more Dry Vit D3 about 6 months ago. My primary is pro vitamin and that is a lovely change. For years all the specialist I saw told me I was "p_s_ing my  money away. Look who laughing at them know!  Angie I stuck it on my site because in case my laptop and desktop crash. :) It's the best list I ever saw all in one place!

For Vits A and E I don't understand the need to fast for 48 hours. My doctor never mentioned this to me. Does this mean that my previous test results are not good? Thanks. Torrie

I really don't know... I didn't put together the list, sorry!   However, I was googling this, and found something about 12 hour fasting for vitamin E serum... If the doctor didn't mention it, I wouldn't worry too much... the 48 hour thing may be an old school of thought or something...  I'll keep researching to see if I find something more definitive... :-)
