Diarrhea and 5DPT

Okay, so i have made it through day one of the pouch test. ( That is if i go to bed right now before more tempation comes) Anyway.....I had horrendous diarrhea tonight. Did anyone else have this problem? I read the post about adding benefiber and maybe at day 5 I will need it, but I tell you I am cleaned out now.

I had the same unpleasant problem on Day 1!  It was much better for me the next day (although not completely), and the rest of the week, I was fine. Congrats on Day 1 . . . it was hard for me . . . also Day 2.  But the rest of the week was great!

Thank you Jo, I have never made it completely through day 1, almost but not completely...so maybe this is an omen taht i am back on track.

Melinda, that is definitely not my problem, I'm always on the other end of the spectrum.....wonder if it is the protein shakes, are you use to drinking them?
