Hey all.. how is it going for you. are you sailing that ship right.. sound off captains.. lets get our fleet in line. So I had an excellent day. I bit the bullet and made all my meals.. whoo hoo.. check this out
Although I was busy I could actually see the light at the end of the tunnel today as far as getting ready for this training I am doing on Thrusday.. and got all my ducks in a row with my paperwork.. I actually had some time to visit with you all today.

Another beautiful day here in sunny California! Don't know why but I'm still really tired and took another 2 hour nap this afternoon - maybe I need to get my CBC and iron checked...
B: 1 packet of McCanns SF Instant Oatmeal with 1.5 T light butter and 2 tsp WheyLow Gold (4g)

L: 6 oz Ricotta bake and 1 serving of w.w. melba snacks (18g)
S: 1 serving of TJ's Blue Tortilla chips with 1/4 c. melted mozzarella (11g)
D: 2 oz grilled chicken on 2 oz of Tofu Fettucini topped with 2 oz of Alfredo sauce (24g)
S: Chike Banana protein smoothie (made with Fage) (32g)
S: Ricotta Cream Cheese Protein Muffin topped with cream cheese/splenda "frosting" (13g)

Little high on fat today - I think the Alfredo sauce pushed me too high on that, but it sure was tasty!

I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row for tomorrow and my first day back at the salt mines...Hopefully I have enough snacks and water to keep my hands and mouth busy but I'm sure I'll be just fine. I'm ready.
Breakfast: 1/4 TVP and 1/4 cup Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal, 1 cup soy milk, 2 cups coffee
Snack: 1 oz mozzarella stick, 1 apple
Second Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2/3 cup hashed browns
Snack: 3 meatballs (home made) with spaghetti sauce and parm cheese, 1/4 cup roasted salted green peas,
Dinner: Two homemade tacos on corn tortillas figured 2.5 oz beef, 2 slices american chees and 2 medium corn tortillas (lettuce and tomato really doesn't count for much) and a bit of salsa.

I was reading along on your day.. saw the chicken sausage and was thinking that sounds so good than .. there it was.. that darn pepperment patty. lol... kick that munchie monster out of here... Good day mostly but yes low on protein and cals really. what do you shoot for each day, not like I make my goal either, but I try. lol.

Lorri, if I'm adding right this is your day: calories: 875 fat: 65 carbs: 43 protein: 130 You actually had a fantastic food day......why do you feel you totally lost it? Is it because you had a snack last night? Hon the s/f pudding, whipped cream and almonds are good choices, if you would of totally went beserk then you can be mad at yourself.....you didn't, be kind to yourself.
