Been doing the tri push up and push back, I lean on my pilates machine. I do use the pilates to pull back forget the name of that one and I do the dumbells as well...going to increase them and throw in some on your suggestion...my arms look good from front, side but not if I lift my l arm...though its better than not doing anything and I don't want surgery their since its not that bad...I just love the real cut look in the front however I want it in the back!!!

Hi all you movers!
I went to PT last night and did the treadmill for 30 mins increased the incline from 7 to 10. Busted Azz today at work.
Not that its an excuse but the last 2 weeks have emotionally kicked me around so I just got home and into my sweats and staying home. I need a quiet nite at home to let "me" heal too.
WORE MY SIZE 14'S TO WORK TODAY.....did my vitamins, protein and water.
