Accountability... what did you eat Monday
Well it's back to work.. How was your day. I was busy but had a good day. Got my remecade treatment today so I am a little out of sorts because of that.. Should be feeling pretty good in a day or two.
I had another low day and plan to double my icecream to make up some cals so here is my day.
That will bring me up a bit. You all have a great day and I will see you tomorrow..

I seem to be going for the sweets! Thank gawd it's only once a month! Between the banana, protein bar and that derned skinny cow...my carbs went through the roof...I need the energy right now... More blood work tomorrow too...
B: Coffee with soymilk and 2 scoops protein

1 T mayo
1 oz. Mixed shredded cheese

D: Baked chicken w/ spinach, mushroom and tomatoes
Vinegar and wine marinade, 1/2 tsp oil
1 oz parm cheese melted
1/2 C brown rice with sauteed garlic
S: Vanilla skinny cow Ice cream sandwich (just plain naughty..AGAIN)

Lol... Isn't it amazing the cals and carbs in a banana. Makes me cry cause I love them so much. I cant say anything about the ice cream, hence my evening snack..lol. At least I plan my ice cream in.. Now you had a good day. sugars are up there.. I would of dumped on that but cals are ok. protein is great. the rest fall right in line.. keep it up. at least the cow was skinny.. hehehehe...

anybody no why sparkpeople tracks folate?? cause if i need more of it i need to know. im not getting anywhere near what they recommend?
otherwise im doing ok. doctor thinks i might have passed out from combo of my cold, dehydration(although ive been drinking) and the cold meds i took. she drew blood today just to check things out.

oh yeah another question, how do u guys track food consumption from when you eat out. some things are kinda hard to account for. like tonight went to olive garden and had a shrimp dish. i ate the shrimp but really left the pasta so i kinda pieced something together from what spark had available. any thoughts on this, hubby and i eat out often???
first question.. yes it does.. go to change my nutr goals up at the top right on the daily tracker. It will pull up what it is tracking for you. than there tell it you want to track something else. It will bring up a drop down menu. select folace and it will add it to the bottom tracker.. not the top one. I track my fiber everyday along with the other things it automatically tracks.
Many resturants are included in sparkpeople but we dont always eat everything. I usually itemize it like 6 shrimp, tomato sauce, etc... and how much I THINK i ate.. it is not an exact science on eating out but it works.

If I can't find something I do a quick google search...Anytime I have a restaurant meal, I can usually find the calories...
Try this search at google: Olive Garden Shrimp Dish(that You had) Nutrition....and it will show you all kinds of links ...Sometimes I go straight to say "Olive Garden Menu Nutrition" and voila! I am often shocked at the fat and calories...so you might want to sit when you see what you ate! LOL
Hope that helps...Then maybe you can plug in the results manually...I don't know how those sites work...I just look my stuff up daily with http://www.calorie-count.com/ If I can't find what I am looking for here...I just google it.

Beautiful day here in sunny California - 68 degrees with a slight breeze. Could NOT stay focussed at work today - in fact I laid down in my office this afternoon and took a 2 hour nap Dunno what that's all about but I've been super tired lately.

Yes it is... I love it when it's like this. Got really windy last night though... had to pull the wind chimes down before they woke the neighborhood..lol..
That is so odd that you say that you are tired... i have fallen asleep on the couch four days in a row. I dont usually do that.. I wonder if it the weather.. not really summer (to cold) not winter (no rain) and next week we change our clocks. Go figure..
You had a great day all the way around. all of your numbers are "spot on" as they say in England and you got some nice exercise to boot.. weigh to go.
