Hi Kathy et all,
Lots going on in my world right now but I am still exersicing but really don't have 2 minutes for a real heartfelt goal.
I just wanted to stiop and let you know I am working it the best I can, I am down to 208 which is the lightest since November 11th when I started with you all. I took a look at my weight tracker and if I was at 190 at my best damn it I will get there before my birthday on May 23rd.
Sorry I dont have much time right now, but I BELIEVE IN YOU ALL!!!!!! and if it wasn't for this thread I don't think I would be where I am now.

At this point I am still without decent internet at home so my goals will be for the 5 days I can get on the computer at work. My goals: Post my food on the Daily Plate everyday I can-trying for a minimum of 5 days/week. Walk or exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. This week I want to complete the 5 days pouch test!!!! I felt so powerful when I was in control of my food. Now I am skinny and I feel like the food still controls me. Jennifer

I did get to work out! I power walked 2 miles for my cardio, then I did my upper body weight training, did 3 sets with 8-10 reps each, I am a weakling! Gonna get stronger! In the evening I did 3 sets of 10 reps of crunches and this other thing I don't know the name of but it killed my abs! My 17 year old Buff son and his jock girlfriend did them with me. We are going to do them everynight! I refuse to do my ab work at the gym. My goals are to do an hour of weight training 5 days a week (once the weather gets better) 1 hour of power walking working up to running and ab work every night. Until the weather breaks, I will have to split my cardio time and my weight training time at the gym, but that is ok, I will be increasing my intensity and by the time spring arrives, It will be time for me to go longer any way. I will attempt to become friends with the evil elliptical, But that will be a slow process. Currently I am wearing my 10's again, a little tight but I want to get back to my 8's. My weight is decieving. Right now I wear 10's and 12's and I have one pair of 14's. People are suprised when they find out that I weight 189. I am top heavy so that explains a little bit of the weight and I am 5'7. People NEVER guess my correct weight. But I KNOW what it is.
