Day 5 - Not too shabby

 Okay I have to admit I am a day behind because I stayed on shakes another whole day but after eating today I prefer drinking my drinks and having one fish meal. I just finished my cottage cheese and I had to force it because I needed the calories. I would have much rather a LoCarb Slimfast with Unflavored Unjury as my last meal which is what I usually do well before the carb monster came for a short visit (2 months). However I am past that hump also and felt great until I ate the cottage cheese. I am so full I feel like I  am going to burst. Thanks for letting me tag along...you were both great support.  Today's foods

Not sure how Dana does it, but I do it the hard way :-) ALT-Prt Scrn it Edit it to cut out the part I want Save it as a JPG Uploaded it to my Yahoo! site THEN put it here :)

Linda if you are using fitday.com go to your home tab on left. Under you username etc the next section says make public, that is the only way I found to be able to copy and paste. Here take a look at mine here http://fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=mirabelle 22  I am on a laptop so I right click, highlight what I want to copy, then copy, then paste it here on the foum.Try it with mine if you like...

Oh... I have to clarify, I use the PC version of Fitday.com!  :o)
