I can tell my pouch is *tighter*... I had served about 6 oz of chicken, and it filled me up in no time! :-) Angie

Well Angie, we did it!  I'm very happy with the progress and how I feel.......I can see me going back to the pouch test occassionally just for the control factor of it. March 2, 2008

OMG Dana you must be bouncing off the walls with 60oz of coffee  LOL...I am so hyper is I have more than 8 oz I don't sleep for days not even with a sleeping pill...Bless you child...but then again you have those little ones to being running  rather so that must be your fuel. You did great! I had a problem getting in enough calories and protein today...

Hey lady, coffee does not bother me one bit.....I can drink it all day and still be in bed by 9 o'clock.....I know the caffiene isn't good though for me.

Hi Angie, You did great with the 5dpt.  I'm starting on Tuesday.  Could you please tell me what flavor of the EAS AdvantEDGE Shake you like best?  I'm have my powder ready, but it's always nice to have some premade on hand. Thanks for the inspiration!

I liked the strawberry flavor, but loved french vanilla :-)  For chocolate flavor I had my Atkins Advantage shakes, so I didn't try chocolate on EAS... :-) Good luck to ya! ;-) Angie

Christy, I really like the choc. EAS AdvantEDGE pre-made protein drinks.  I see that Angie said she likes the strawberry & French vanilla--I like the strawberry "just OK"-- not the best, and I haven't tried the vanilla.  I start most  mornings w/ one of the choc. ones.  Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents!

I use the EAS vanilla shake.  But I make it into a smoothie with fruit and nonfat yogurt.  I also add some Benefiber. I highly recommend adding Benefiber to your food while doing the 5DPT.  You aren't eating any veggies so things may get a bit backed up.  The Benefiber helps.
