Accountability... what did you eat Saturday

Today I used the bowflex machine. I did about 8 different exercises with 30lb resistance and I did 10 reps each. Still learning about the machine and switching connections and such, but it did feel good, real smooth too. Their info book said to do it three times a week and have a day of rest inbetween workouts and gradually increase resistance. So tomorrow I plan on walking on my tredmill and on alternate days do the resistance training. Hope this gets my metabolism reved up. I could sure use a boost.

  Thats the weigh to do it... good job.. just go day by day and u will have  system in place in no time.... Low on protein but the rest is great.  Still a good day for you.. have a great day and I will see you tomorrow. Carla
