Angie, don't worry about the calories too much.....at our stage 1200 is very doable.....my calories are higher today too....how are you feeling, do you feel in control?  If you are then lady you are doing what you need to do! February 29, 2008

Ladies, Looks great  and looking good for me and scale was 4 lbs lighter this afternoon. Not one bit of hunger the last few days. I just woke an hour ago...1:30PM (slept from midnight to 1:30PM)so I am dropping a drink today and I am excited everytime I see this works.   Today's Foods   Food Name Servings Serving Size Cals Fat Carb Prot 4 servings  lo carb slimfast      serving  760 36 24 80 4 unflavored unjury      serving  320 0 4 80                                              Totals  1080  36 28 160  Look at my protein I had forgot how much I get with my drinks, I am always trying to get in 80 to 100 with foods and its impossible for me with my allergies and I don't eat meat. I am not adding an egg until tomorrow....
