Well here i am. I am back and trying to eat right. after 4 years it is so hard but I can not slip again. Yes I know its wrong but i still do it. grrr... as we speak my husband is making bad bad chocolate ice cream i have to stay far away from that stuff. i think i did ok for my first day back doing fitday... I am with you on bad influences dh's can be. Tonight hubby made hamburger helper stroganoff..Pasta? Nope. Can't be done. AND it's full of wheat and just in case the tests come back positive for Celiac, I'm obstaining from all gluten products until I know for sure. I did okay today. And I saw the psych and he's recommending I get to go back to work. Yipee Skippee..
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice cheddar and salsa
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, SoBe Drink w/protein.
Snack: Protein Bar so my stomach wouldn't growl at the doctors. How many of these things have wheat in them? Crazy.
Lunch: Chicken Taco with corn tortillas
Snack: Turkey Chili with beans a whole can
Dinner: 4 oz shrimp on a salad of lettuce and zesty italian dressing (my fav soy dressing has wheat!) and 1/2 oz sunflower seeds. I forgot to add 2 servings of roasted salted green peas as a snack. So my totals are: Calories: 1655 Fat: 61 Carbs: 151 Protein: 139 getting up there!
