Well its hump day and what a hump I hit.  I have added some stuff just to get me up above 1000.  I hope I can get it all in.  Spent all day driving around and didnt pack anything that I could eat and drive with at the same time.  Than I got some sf chocolate almonds and they made me sick..  Needless to day I havent eaten much since than. So here is my sad day..  
breakfast:

Well here i am. I am back and trying to eat right. after 4 years it is so hard but I can not slip again. Yes I know its wrong but i still do it. grrr... as we speak my husband is making bad bad chocolate ice cream i have to stay far away from that stuff.  i think i did ok for my first day back doing fitday... I am with you on bad influences dh's can be. Tonight hubby made hamburger helper stroganoff..Pasta? Nope. Can't be done. AND it's full of wheat and just in case the tests come back positive for Celiac, I'm obstaining from all gluten products until I know for sure. I did okay today. And I saw the psych and he's recommending I get to go back to work. Yipee Skippee..

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 slice cheddar and salsa

Snack: 1 oz cheese stick, SoBe Drink w/protein.

Snack: Protein Bar so my stomach wouldn't growl at the doctors. How many of these things have wheat in them? Crazy.

Lunch: Chicken Taco with corn tortillas

Snack: Turkey Chili with beans a whole can

Dinner: 4 oz shrimp on a salad of lettuce and zesty italian dressing (my fav soy dressing has wheat!) and 1/2 oz sunflower seeds. I forgot to add 2 servings of roasted salted green peas as a snack. So my totals are:  Calories: 1655 Fat: 61 Carbs: 151 Protein: 139 getting up there!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Nothing from the doctor yet. The biopsy won't produce any results for two weeks so I won't know on that till the 10th at least. I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow and see what I can find out anyway. I'll be sure and let you know what they tell me. Thanks!

Another good day.  Thats what counts.. staying out of that kitchen and all that food.. I need to find a way to get into the kitchen and eat.. I am so low all week.. Good job.. I know those cabinets are gonna look nice. Carla

I started off with good intentions today...but it must have been from fasting or something, my appetite was just not here today.  I missed breakfast completely ...Barely made 3 meals. I had no vitamins today either (fasting for labs) I did walk today for 20 minutes in the freezing cold!  UGH!! :::shrugs:: Weird day.... I did get a good 100 + oz of water too. B: Coffee with soy L: 3oz Boiled shrimp with ****tail sauce, lemon juice     1C mixed greens, snap peas, cherry tomatoes     1 T Lite Ginger Soy dressing S: 1/2 C 1% cottage cheese      1 purple plum D: 3 oz Pork Tenderloin Roast in a teriyaki and garlic w/boiled blood orange wedges      1/2 C Asparagus stir fried w/Olive oil and salt      1/3 C Tri colored Cous cous  with sauteed garlic in olive oil      1 T ground flax seed added to cous cous      1 broiled plum tomatoe  halved w/ 1 T parm cheese melted S: 1 oz Pepitos (green pumpkin seeds)  <---9 proteins/14 fat/ 3 fiber  Fat: 35   Carbs: 84   Protein: 72   Fiber: 13.5   Calories: 893   Sugar: 22 I wanted to have a protein shake...but I just can't eat anything more...After the pumpkin seeds that was just it for me!  I almost forced the seeds for the protein without the heavy weight of a protein drink...Good thing I don't have to worry about days like this too often, eh?  LOL
