Update on low blood sugar!
I went for my 3rd. year check-up and everything is fine. Come to find out that I was not taking in enough cals...go figure. I was exercising 600 cals off each day and only taking in 1200 a day, that left me living on 600 cals. Who would think they want you to eat carbs? Since I have started eating whole wheat items and eating about every 2 hrs it has really helped. Also eating a sandwich before exercise in the morning instead of a regular breakfast helps me keep up my levels. I also found if I eat a half or whole sandwich on whole wheat bread before bed it helps not to have that low in the night. Whew...got through that one ok, but it was scary, I still check my blood everyday - just in case. Thank you to all those that responded before - I guess I need to slow down and take care of me instead of everyone else. Take care and God bless.

Thanks you, I look forward to getting healthier and staying that way. By the way my weight was the same as last years so I guess that is where my body wants to stay, at 131 lbs. I'm ok with that as long as my clothes fit and don't have to get new clothes or gain, as my surgeon loves to warn us big time. Just because we got here doesn't mean that we can get lazy with eating or exercise. He still scares me sometimes....LOL! Take care and thank you again for your help. Talk to you later.
