Caramel (TOO MUCH SUGAR! Never again!) wow.. it all sounds so good but than the protein number is so low.. how did that happen.. carbs are up.  hmmm..  not sure what I think about that.. all the carbs are from good things so thats good and I really like the choices you made.  You did good.  Maybe a protein shake just to get that up would be awesome. Carla,  Your day sounds like mine!  18 hours of fasting for a 2:30 doc appointment...Blood tests...Ravenous for meat!!! 2 hour WashDC rush hour to go 14 miles home!  OMIGAWD!!! Glad I had my 2 litters of ice water in the car...Drank that all the way home. I don't remember my urine ever being so orange!  I always drink my water these days!  Aww and we love you too! I'm just getting to know you, but your pretty special, lady! What committment to us!  :::Smooches::: I knew I was not going to meet any good numbers...so I indulged in a juicy burger from "Fudd Ruckers"  (Fresh hamburger meats) They had ostrich, turkey, and Buffalo burgers too...But I just wanted that fresh beef flavor!  I wasn't going to eat the bun...but I decided to since I was feeling a little dizzy and thought carbs might help. So I ate the bottom half! LOL 34g of fat in a burger!  Oh man! Yikes.. that place will kill ya.. lol.. you always gotta steal a couple fries from the other half.. what would a meal be like with out that.   Yes you are very low everywhere except that fat number... yikes.. hope you have a better day today. Carla

kick that scale.. i hate when it does that.. i seem to see an up on monday and it goes down by friday.  thank goodness but I watch it closely.  I wont let it get ahead of me.  You had one of your wonderful days.. love to see you might on it like that.. good job. Carla

Hello Carla!! Yucky snow days here so nothing to report.. Just hanging out, cleaning, cooking, crafting and of course napping :P Tuesday: Breakfast: 2 ham wraps (473 cals, 7 fiber, 34 protein)

Snack: 2 lattes (180 cals, 18 protein)

Dinner: chicken and cheese ceasar salad (500 cals, 5 fiber, 30 protein)

Supper: Steak & veggies (480 cals, 5 fiber, 53 protein)

Snack: pecan ice cream (280 cals, 2 fiber, 8 protein)

Totals: 1913 calories, 19 fiber, 143 protein Have a great night :) HUGS PK (still pooping with the pecan ice cream hehehe)
