wow.. it all sounds so good but than the protein number is so low.. how did that happen.. carbs are up. hmmm.. not sure what I think about that.. all the carbs are from good things so thats good and I really like the choices you made. You did good. Maybe a protein shake just to get that up would be awesome.

Your day sounds like mine!
18 hours of fasting for a 2:30 doc appointment...Blood tests...Ravenous for meat!!! 2 hour WashDC rush hour to go 14 miles home! OMIGAWD!!! Glad I had my 2 litters of ice water in the car...Drank that all the way home. I don't remember my urine ever being so orange! I always drink my water these days! Aww and we love you too! I knew I was not going to meet any good numbers...so I indulged in a juicy burger from "Fudd Ruckers" (Fresh hamburger meats) They had ostrich, turkey, and Buffalo burgers too...But I just wanted that fresh beef flavor! I wasn't going to eat the bun...but I decided to since I was feeling a little dizzy and thought carbs might help. So I ate the bottom half! LOL 34g of fat in a burger! Oh man! Gives meaning to the word "indulged" ...I did!
