Well, this is my story.....had RNY 2002. I lost all of my weight and got down to 119. Now, back up to 160 to 165ish. I know it is because I have been eating too much, too many carbs and no exercise......I am trying to increase protein and decrease the wrong carbs (sugar, white stuff etc) but you are right that I am not betting quite enough protein. I have some pretein shakes, just need to dring them! Plus, I am NOT getting nearly enough water!
I want to get down to 120 and I am just starting to work out again.
