Nice numbers but the protein is a bit on the low side.  As you said.. tough day.  I tend to add a shake if I just cant get it in... Whoo that banana played with your carbs but its good carbs..  You are doing good.. just keep working it til you find what works for you. Carla

Thanks Carla!  Well, this is  my story.....had RNY 2002.  I lost all of  my weight and got down to 119.  Now, back up to 160 to 165ish.  I know it is because I have been eating too much, too many carbs and no exercise......I am trying to increase protein and decrease the wrong carbs (sugar, white stuff etc) but you are  right that I am not betting quite enough protein.  I have some pretein shakes, just need to dring them!  Plus, I am NOT getting nearly enough water! I want to get down to 120 and I am just starting to work out again. Thanks for doing this accountability thread!   Lorri
