Accountability.. what did you eat Monday.
Worked on cabinets all day - prime and sand - more of the same today. Start paint tomorrow. Was so exhausted DH took us out to dinner and I ordered sr. breakfast. go figure
B- Soy protein shake w/yogurt and milk
S- LoFat cheese slice
L-Albaore, cheese, celery, onion, LtMayo
S-Atkins Bar
4 oz. white wine (anesthetic for a gruelling day)
D- 2 eggs, 1/4c hashbrowns, 1/2 strip bacon
5 almonds throughout the day
Don't know if it's the hypnosis or getting off carbs, but whichever I'm thrilled to have the appetite back under control. I'm down 10 pounds of my 24 pound regain.
Could someone tell me how to upload my after picture?
It depresses me to keep looking at the before, if you know what I mean.

While at message boards...Look over to left side of screen, where it says 'welcome" ...

It can only be 100 X 100...so if you have a photo in mind and it's a big file, you'll have to shrink a copy for you personal files first or it will be distorted when it shows up. You can try different photos so if it doesn't look right to you ; you have a choice to change it.
(what were your totals for today?) I like to see what everyone is doing and what they are eating so I have an idea of what I am doing. I never kept track of my eating...so this is all new to me! LOL You are doing wonderful!!! I'm glad to know we can still lose...sometimes I wasn't so sure!

I know when I keep real busy I forget to eat and dont get hungry. It's the sitting around thinking about food that gets me. That is so great you are down 10 pounds.. girl take all the credit.. its you making the better choices, keeping track and keeping busy and burning those cals.

Okay. So I was another day somewhat short on calories but my weight is climbing alittle. I was 117 this morning so I'm coming back.
Breakfast: Cornmeal Polenta with soy milk, 10 gr protein and about a tablespoon of margarine and coffee
Snack: SoBe Living drink mix, 1 oz Mozzarella stick, 1/4 cup SF Choc Almonds
Lunch: Cabbage Casserole
Snack: Dannon Yogurt 4 oz
Dinner: Poached Snapper (5 oz) and caulifower and broccoli mixed
Dessert: SF York Peppermint Patty

Ok, the day was looking good, I even attemted to eat something other then what the family was eating because they were having macoroni soup. I had cheese and crackers. It is also my TOM and that darn chocolate cake was just looking at me. Thank god today that it is finally all gone. Here are my totals, gonna plan better today. Look at the fat, I havent had it that high in forever.

lol.. that is true.. or your cals that high in a while. it was more the cheese, and roast that got u.. but it also got you the nice protein number. and fat number. Seems that roast beef is really on the high side. Was it that fatty. I tend to eat beef that is lean. Those number seem a bit high to me.

Well, my food is usually much better than this-- I promise. It was an INSANE work day yesterday-- unusually so. I ended up eating my lunch just a wee bit too fast, and up it came.
Didn't have the nerve to eat my dinner, so they whole day got thrown off. I'm making more of an effort today!

Welcome beachbum.. where are you in this journey. We are all kind of in different places but still have the same goal.. to be healthy. your protien is low and by the looks of your intake you are still trying to loose. would that be right. or you dont do much exercise and dont require as many cals.. I can just keep going here. the botom line is nice choices.. little low on protein. and seems like you make good choices during your day.
