Good morning...I can't sleep so I'm up reading trying to catch a nod or signal that I am finally ready for bed! (that was funny about your pizza topping...I saw spagetti sauce and that's what I was tasting in my head! It's been a LONG time since I had spagetti!   Before my last snack I was under 1000 cals...I felt it too and was hungry....My last  friday was way under 1000 calories. I never posted it...Didn't have time. i feel weak when I don't eat good. I'm happy at 165lbs for now and want to try to maintain for now...before I attempt another loss. If I lose anything that would be fine...if not that will be fine too!  B: ~Steel cut oats, w/ 1 T ground flax seed and 1/2 soymilk and a scoop of whey-soy protein S:  Coffee with soymilk L:  1 C Split pea and ham soup S:  16 raw almonds (1 oz) D: ~Tofu crumbles with olive oil fried peppers and onions  on a bed of raw spinach with greek yogurt and cilantro ~1/4 C spanish (brown) rice  ~1 T fat free refried beans S: ~1 C spinach, arugula,6 cherry tomatoes and 6 sugar snap pea salad with several sprays of salad spritzer and squirt of fresh lime juice S: ~4 water crackers  ~1 1/2 oz swiss cheese ~8 small green olives and a pickled garlic piece Fat: 58   Carbs: 124   Protein: 164   Fiber: 27   Cal: 1322   Sugar: 17 OH!  And that salad dressing for Applebees oriental chicken salad is 27g of fat!  It's mostly mayo (Glad I ordered it on the side) I had a hard time finding the calories for the salad. It normally comes with fried chicken strips but I got the grilled instead...(Thought I would do myself a favor!  LOL  What a joke!) Oh well. It was good but not that good!  :)

I'm 5'4 and 165lbs I am bottom heavy so most of my weight I carry in thick legs and curvy hips...round rear.... (I always thought it was a curse!) Til I got older! ;)  When I was 19 in the army and at the best shape of my life, I weighed 127-133 lbs...The army considered that overweight...so I always had to do what they call a "pinch test" to see if I was overweight and they always gave me an extra allowance for my shape...So I was allowed to weigh 130's rather than 117-123 because I had lean mass. I'm a solid brick house.  So with that being said...My doc never gave me a goal. He asked me what I wanted to weigh...I told him 160...and he said that sounded perfect...I did get to 158...and in the summer I am closer to 160...but I do not mind being here at 165 and maintaining. I like how I look. I'm considered overweight, medically. I just don't care about numbers...It means nothing to me. I like 165... It suits me

Grazer yesterday, I'm better prepared today and won't be at the softball game to grab popcorn and sunflower seeds.  My sugar dropped yesterday for the piece of cake, sometimes I react this way other times it's fine so I had to grab a couple of peanut butter crackers quick. February 25, 2008

I love sunflower seeds and anytime I go to a game I want them.  makes you feel like you are eating all day but in reality its not that much.  at least its protein.  the cake however is another story.  i react so much to things I am afraid to even try most things. Good day.. love the protein and you still kept the carbs below 100... weigh to go. Carla

I'm really trying to watch the foods that I eat.  The soup that I ate was that Weigh****chers Homemade Vegetable Soup.  Boy is it good and filling.  My husband loved it as well.   Here is what I ate on Monday (2/25/08):

Nice choices for the day.  lots of veggies is always a good thing.  do you find you enjoy them more now.  I do.  I think I see about 90 grams of protein.. approx..lol.. not to bad.  The carbs are that high because of the fruit and veggies.. but htey are good healthy choices.. seems like a good day with some good decisions. Keep on sailing Carla
