Here was my day. Started out good. Got back on my tredmill, vacumed and dusted, went out to do some errands and went by McD's oh no.

OH my gosh is right.. what were you thinking.  That was your whole day in a drink.. ouch.  Next time go for that tasty protein smoothie.. much better choice and it will help the numbers out at the end.  I got my eye on you.. no more mcD for you... lol Carla
