How did the fat get so high.. oh my.  must be those sausages.  well a few things on there..  wow on the protein. thats a nice number.  You did some exercising with that raking so thats a good thing.  Watch that fat and you got a winning hand there. Carla

I went back over my day!  What a putz!  I put bacon crumble calories in the fat content spot...That alone took 50g of fat from the 181g total  (Still high and yes...those little sausages were 28g of fat!   UGH!)  But that brought my calories up too!  Totals should read: Fat: 131   Carbs:116.5   Protein:167.5   Fiber 13.5  Calories: 1501 Looks better...but I won't be eating those sausages and pancakes on the same day again!  LOL I was in a rush posting so I could go meet hubby and daughter for dinner...Can't wait to see my totals for this day!  I'm glad I rechecked it because I could not believe it myself!  Thanks Carla!

Sorry you had a crash from eating those carbs. I only have had it happen to me a few times since wls, I almost wi**** would happen enough to keep me away from those bad carbs that I have cravings for. At least so far I have been maintaining within 1 -2 lbs of my lowest weight, which says I am maintaining. I am finally accepting that this is the weight where my body is happy to stay at.
