Day 3 5-day pouch test
Well goodmorning,
I'm on day three and so far still so good. I got up around 5:45 this morning and cooked turkey bacon and scrammbled 3 eggs. Once I finished taking the dog out and dressing my daughter it was about 6:30 when I started to eat. Well I only ate about 4 or 5 bites because the turkey bacon was dry and I think I put a little to much salt in my eggs. I could not wait until 7:15 to drink some water. I was so thirsty but I made it.
I'm here and could not decide if I wanted to make me a protein shake or eat two boiled eggs. So I opted for the boil eggs and will have my shake around 10. So that's what I'm eating now and I decided to have a little tuna with it. Have you all ever tried Bumble Bee Easy Peel Sensations? Well I'm eating the Lemon & Pepper Tuna and it is so good.... and I'm so full. It's funny trying to eat all you can in 15 minutes...lol So just imagine I'm typing this message and trying to beat the clock too.
Anyway I'll keep you all posted. Thanks for the support it really means a lot to me.
Oh and by the way....I'm so full right now I can't even finish.

I'm on Day 5--yah!!--isn't it so much better now that you can actually EAT!?
I'm so glad I did this, and you will be too! I feel so much better physically & mentally! I can't honestly say I don't have any head hunger (I was hoping my desire for any bad carbs would disappear, but unfortunately, they haven't), but I feel "in control" and am not in the least bit physically hungry after eating my meals/snacks.
I am so-o-o looking forward to adding veggies back into my menus tomorrow!
