I AM IN DISBELIEF!!!!!!!
Hey everybody!!!
Ok, so today is day 5 of the 5 day pouch test right????? Well, i have done pretty well this week.
I had my protein for breakfast this morning but around 11:15 I started CRAVING some shrimp....boiled of course....well, I couldn't convince any of my friends here at work to go to lunch with me so I popped open a very SMALL can of tuna to take the edge off because I really did FEEL hungry, NOT head hunger (at least not this time). OH MY GOODNESS! I am so full from the tuna I feel like I am gonna hurl!!!! AINT THAT GREAT?????!!!!!!!! You know those little tuna lunch kits you can buy and they have the really small can that goes with it? It is a 3 ounce can. Well, I didn't eat the mayo or the crackers that go with it, JUST the tuna and I am STUFFED!!!!! I AM JUST OVER THE TOP SO EXCITED RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to share with all those doing this with me and for anyone who wants to try it, it works!!!!!

Just wait & see how great it feels when that scale goes down !
I have to really watch now because I'm back to getting sick if I'm not careful.
It's been a good month or more for me being on track since the 5dayer.
We are about the same as far as the weight has been for us...give or take a few pounds
so it would be interesting to see what we both end up at !

Fan-tab-u-lous, Lorri! I'm so glad we've done this, and I'm very glad it's Day 5!!
I'm like you (from what you've said on other posts)--I still have head hunger. I was hoping I'd have no desire for junk carbs or grazing; however, I still feel "edgy" about that and feel like I'm still kinda preoccupied w/ wanting to eat stuff I shouldn't. But I've been completely satisfied physically and have had no problems with what I've been eating for my meals/snacks, and it's great to know I'm eating an appropriate amount.
I'm so ready to add in the veggies/fruits tomorrow! I forgot how good it feels to eat good, quality food and to feel like I'm treating myself well!!
We've (almost) done it!
