I haven't been feeling well this week, so I'm afraid the loss isn't very real to me at this point...I know it's the result of being too sick to eat much of anything and I haven't been exercising.  At my lowest, I was less than 10lbs lighter than I am now and almost 2 sizes smaller, so I know the numbers can "lie"...I'm on the verge of just tossing the scale altogether. Last week: 147 This week: 144

Hey you.. I know you dont feel well but it is still a loss.. you arent exercising so you dont need as much food.  It all works out and you are getting there.. be proud of what you accomplished.. Carla

Frogot to weigh in today but yesterday I was 125.5--a little higher than i want it to be. I've been fluctuating btw. 117-125 for the last 2 weeks. Time for a pouch re-set diet or something

I'm a scale ho, and I weigh every day, so I don't remember this day last week. Today: 157 (pretty consistent - I'm usually within a pound of 157 these days.  My body likes it.)

Friday I went to the Bariatrics program and used their scale.  I found out that my BMR is something like 1600 calories,  cool!  Numbers looked good.  I got to speak with the Tribal nutrition on friday,  I found out that she did look at my fitday and responded to my email, it was stuck in her outbox.  She said I was right on track and thought that with my BMR being so high and all the activity that I am doing, I should loose about 1-2 pounds a week.  I haven't seen that much yet, but I just kicked my calories up a week or two ago,  maybe my body was thinking I was starving and will start to let go of the pounds soon Last week on my scale at home:  191 Friday on Doc cool scale:  192 (it was 191 at home in the  morning) 193 today (monday)  Lazy weekend and am premenstraul
