Friday weigh in.. well it's that time again to see how we are doing.. are we maintaining, loosing or gaining.  We are all winners so sound off at how wel you are doing.. We all made the choice to live healthier and happier.. so Lets hear from you.. How are you doing and what is your goal at this time Last week 121 This week 122 Still maintaining after six months.. whoo hoo.. Carla, I didn't weigh in last week and don't remember what I weighed, somewhere around 127 lbs. This morning I weighed 125.4 Don't care to lose anymore, just trying to maintain.

I think you are trying for that 125 to 129 number.. so you are still in there.. remember you were sick so that has a bit to do with it.. you are doing great.. isnt wonderful to get back to where you wanted to be. Carla

I thought it had been a BAD WEEK....... Stress, stress and more stress.......... But I've changed my hours at my part time job  and I'm not SNACKING AS MUCH........ DRUM ROLL................ Last week 136.5 This week 135!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know it's only 1 pound but it's also about the new eating habits and NOT SNACKING AT WORK!!!! AND beating the STRESS MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for letting me brag about one little pound.  Robin

Morning everyone! Last week 124 this week 122 Have a super weekend! Still learning to maintain and not let the scale run me, Im running the scale!
