Would someone mind oosting this for me or directing me to where I can find it.  I remember it worked for me a while back.  I am trying to get back on track and I know this will help.  Thanks in advance. xo, krystal

You're welcome!  I wanted to write a note along with the diet plan, but couldn't when i cut and pasted!  I am almost 4 years out, and have gained around 15 lbs   I need to get motivated and get back on a proper eating plan too!!   Good luck, let everyone know how it goes!!   DeeAnn

Aw thanks DeAnn!  The cruise was wonderful but I got very off track eating wise.. it happens.  I am doing great with the 5DPT, about down to my low weight.. a couple pounds to go.. a lot of water comes off with this so don't know how "permanent" it is.. im sure ill encounter some rebound after this week but as long as I fit in my clothes im still happy.  I know what you mean about the weather.. ick im so READY for spring!  See you Monday!
