I've been at a stand still on my weight since 11-07, need to lose at least 100 more pounds. If anyone could help me out I will be very glad. Can't go back to the doctor who done my surgery cause I don't have the transportion to go to Alabama.

hi sorry u are having problems with continued weight loss. you dont say how long it has been or how much you have lost, but my first thought would be to go back to basics. maybe exercise some more or drink more fluids. hope things pick up for you again. maybe u can talk to your doctor even if u cant visit, or find a more local doctor to work with?? good luck, jacki

Definitely go back to basics, and try to re-shrink your pouch. I've seen the time out diet floating around on here, where you drink protein shakes and get back into the swing of losing. That might help you. Hopefully someone has a link to it. Do you think you can find another gastric bypass surgeon in your area so that you can schedule a follow-up with him or her? That might help, and you can also look for local support groups to help you getting back on track.

Your not alone ! I did the www.5daypouchtest.com to help jump start on getting back on track. My eating habits have now changed & I've lost 10 pds. Didn't think it was ever going to happen. I still have a way's to go to but, staying focused day by day...hour by hour...minute by minute ! Take care !
