Ok, the sun is shining and it's zero out.  Now that is insane

I went to the gym last night and took my kick boxing class.  I am going to go the gym during lunch and do some lower body weights.  I find all the boxing is doing a great job on the upper body but don't get as much on the lower body.

I got up the nerve to post a photo of me in a swim suit.  And this was at my heaviest.  So I am working hard to get in that 2 piece for summer

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Keep those workouts coming.  I get so much from the and I am almost 3 1/2 years out.  I know it helps all those here that view this post.

Stay strong, sexy and sassy
Take care,
Kathy

I did my mile walk as fast as I could (10 minutes - don't know what that is like compaed to others, but it's vertainly faster than I used to be able to manage and I'm actually thinking of beginnign to try and jog it if I take a change of clothes to work...hmmm, now I've just got to overcome my irrational fear that people will be looking at me and thinking what on earth does that fat woman think she is doing.  Yes I know it's not true and I'm trying to re-train my brain! Anyway, also did 20 minutes on the stepper and did a total of 3000 steps - getting better, it's great to see a difference from yoru hard work isn't it.

Hi Ruth, I used to feel this way at the gym, then I just got to the point where I put on my music and tuned everyone out.  You are doing an awesome job and I am so glad you are seeing the progress. See ya tomorrow Take care, Kathy

I opened a can of whoop a$$ and got in an extra 2 laps in the same time!   47 laps, heart rate average 159, max heart rate 173, walked 1 hour 4 minutes. probebly 4.6 to 4.7 miles.  I feel awsome!  No 2 piece for me,  even though I had my tt last spring, still not the prettiest belly.  This thread does help me.  Thanks Kathy. Keep moving people

I took your advise from yesterday and turned the music up - actually I turned on VH1 instead of the morning news - it sure made the 45 minutes go faster (or so it seemed) so I did the 45 minutes on the treadmill today
