I Feel Like I Let Myself Down....Need Someone To Help Me...PLEASE

Thank you so much for your wanting to help me move to the right direction.  I believe it may be a "mind set" type of thing that I need to address.  I've gone to FITDAY and I've listed what I have had for breakfast, what is on the menu for lunch and for dinner.  I'm going to do this every day to watch what I'm doing.

I'm going to start making protein drinks for my breakfast.  I can take it to the office and sip on it over a period of time in the morning.  Then I can have tuna with lettuce as a bread substitute, a salad with chopped hard boiled eggs or chicken strips for lunch.  For dinner I can just have what the family is eating, but use a saucer for my food given that my portions need to be watched.

Here is my Wednesday eating for today:

YAY!!!  That's the spirit!!! You are on your way!  Just remember... one day at a time... be patient, be persistent, be determined, and be disciplined.   Before you know it, you'll be back in control and the rest just follows!   Angie
