Did You Move To Lose Today?
Hey Everyone
Sorry for the lateness, issues with the boards this morn...but fixed now
I have been getting emails asking if I am certified and or educated or degreed in this area of losing weight and exercising. I think most of you know the answer but wanted to put it out there again for all to see. I have no degree, but I do read and research, I am not certified, just share with you what I have went through.
You ALWAYS listen to your surgeon, nut and any personal trainer you are working with over me. They have first hand knowledge of you and your medical conditions that I do not
But if you are looking for a fellow member that has been there done that and want to share and inspire, I am your woman
That being said, I went to my boxing class last night. I did not go to the gym this morning as I don't want to get burned out. I think I will do the weight lifting thing 3 days a week and see how it goes and then increase it if need be. I am going to my kick boxing class tonight.
Oh did you notice I didn't complain about the weather? Does the color of blue give you a hint

Good Afternoon Kathy!!!
Well, I"m gonna complain about the weather, LOL! We woke up to an unexpected 8" of snow! I swear the weathermen never get it right~if they say a foot of snow we get a dusting and if they call for no snow we get 8"! I do have to say that it appeared to be mainly on the lakeshore this time so it wasn't a wide spread storm.
I got up and did 3miles watp express. I still need to do some crunches, squats and push ups at some point today~I've just been sitting here under a blanket hanging out online~lazy, lazy!
Oh there is nothing like flannel jammies and a warm bed on a morning like this. I don't blame you one bit.
You know, I think I missed my calling. I should have been a weather person. What other job can you be wrong all the time, get paid 6 figures and not get fire
Go figure
Great job moving and doing something. Like I said these types of days you just want to veg...
See you tomorrow and hopefully it won't snow, but baby it's cold outside.

HI all,
If anyone got to my P.S. on yeterdays post I didnt get to the gym. My gym time was spent scrubbing floors/walls and taking care of one of my 2 labs.....
Tonight I get my hair done right after work but I really want to get to the gym after that.

Ok, ok I won't crab about the weather, just the facts. It's freaking 2 degrees! (doh!)

We have got to meet half way sometime in the summer and we can complain about the weather

Well, YAY!! I'm back to routine again ~ thank goodness. 30 minutes on my stepper. Now that I'm moving, I want to start losing -----

I am so glad you are getting back on track. Don't look back unless you are headed there is a great saying. So don't worry about what you did not do yesterday, be proud of what you did today

Greetings from the frozen tundra of MN - with the weather outside - 8 - I am really glad we brought the treadmill from the garage into the house - there is no excuse not to exercise - did 45 minutes this morning - I could hear the voices inside my head after 20 minutes telling me that was enough, but I promised myself that if the treadmill was in the house I would walk for at least 45 minutes - glad to report I didn't listen to them and did the full 45 minutes - feeling better everyday!
