She is only 7 years old, fixed and an indoor only cat but I have already begun the quiet worrying in the back of my mind, what will I do when she is gone. Its easier to just push that thought further back for now, but someday I will be heart broken just as you probably are now :( I hope you feel better soon. My day was a good one, I met all of my goals so not much to say but YAY me ;) MONDAY

I'm so sorry about your doggie. Of course you did the right thing but go****'s hard to do.

I had a slow day too. Visit to the allergist today. He's still thinking autoimmune on the rashes. I didn't know it but MS is an autoimmune disease (hadn't thought of it in years) and so back to the PCP on Thursday and discuss possible testing for hypoglycemia and some autoimmune testing.

Snack: SoBe Living drink mix, Mozzarella cheese stick

Lunch: Roasted chicken on a bed of lettuce and rasp pom dressing

Snack: 1/2 cup seven layer dip (homemade and left over) and a cup of tortilla chips

Snack before doctor's appointment: 4 oz Dannon yogurt and a protein bar

Dinner: Beef pattie and cheese cut up on top of a salad with sunflower seeds and rasp pom dressing

I am sorry to hear about you dog.  I have an 11 year old rot-pit mix and she is my walking partner and my bear chaser offer,  I am worried that she is getting pretty old too.  I will have to get another large dog this spring to train for my walking and camping partner,  I am hoping my old lady dog will be able to train a puppy a bit.  Still sad to think about.   I ate alot today,  didn't seem like it but it sure added up.  I walked 12199 steps today and did my power walk of 4.5 miles in an hour.  Had my heart rate at 140-160 for the whole hour.  Here is mondays food:

Dear Carla, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear Rottie. It seems to be an inevitable consequence of pet ownership. I myself have had the unfortunate opportunity to have to put down two dogs and a cat over the years and have loss other pets to natural causes. It is not an easy thing to lose a faithful pet and companion.

I had a pretty good day today. I have been back practiceing my guitar, need to still toughen up my finger tips though, they have not developed enough of a callous to make playing comfortable but like anything else I need to keep my practicing consistant.

Okay, I am almost 2 years out and have gained about 10 lbs.  I know why, nibbling all day.  I think accountability is key.  If I just had someone watching me every second, it would not be a problem.  So, this is the next best thing:)  This is Tuesday morning and I have started out with some steel cut oats with blackberries and skim milk.  Coffee 30 minutes later.  Going off to work and will report the whole day this evening:)  Here we go...
