Congratulations on losing such a tremendous amount of weight. I might suggest going to an online free web site such as Spark People.com or Fit day.com . You will be able to put in what you eat and get stats for your total protien, carbs, and fat plus calorie intake. That might help you see where you could do some adjustments to get that 10lbs off.
Since you are extremely sleepy and lack energy, have you been to see your wls surgeon recently and have lab work done? If not I would suggest doing so to check and make sure you are not deficient in anything.

Wow ! Congratulations. Like all of us we need to stick to the rules. I was eating whatever I wanted & gained. I know it can be hard but, get motivated & get back to the basics. By making these changes I'm sure you'll start to lose again. I agree...vitamins & no white carbs. I put bottled water in the freezer & add green tea packets (0 cal, no sugar) to it. Ice cold helps me. I wanted popcorn last night but, instead I ate yogurt & added bran cereal for the crunch. Or I even like Quaker Rice Cakes once in a while...they even have buttered popcorn flavor.
