Wow what a day for me.  Got rid of all the kids and went to the fitness expo.  I am not even sure what I ate but the protein has to be off the wall.. lol.. i tasted tons of protein bars and drinks.  some good some not so good.. lol.   than we went to an MMA event.  Long long day but I had a lot of fun. Here is what I think I ate today... lol
breakfast:

Well, I had a different day too. Instead of my usual breakfast, I had a microwave muffin and it really stuffed me for a long time.  Breakfast Snack: Microwave muffin (178, 16, 6, 6) Regular breakfast: 3 eggs, jack cheese, italian sausage and veggies  Funny, no snacks today. I did have several crystal light drinks but didn't snack. What's up with that?  Dinner: Hamhocks and beans. TWICE. I had 3/4 cup of beans and 3 oz meat but about an hour later I had a half cup of beans and another 1.5 oz of meat. After that I was just totally stuffed.  Totals: Calories: 1805 Fat: 95 Carbs: 112 Protein: 123
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I love beans and hammocks.. yummy.  my family orginated from North Carolina so you know southern cooking was the bulk of my eating as a child.  fried everything..lol.. sounds like a good day.  I bet that muffin filled you up for a while. Nice protein day as well.. have  agreat one Carla

I had beans yesterday too!  I use smoked turkey wings because they have more meat to them...I could eat A LOT of beans otherwise since they're such sliders. The munchkin wasn't feeling well so we stayed in all day yesterday (that NEVER happens on a Saturday!) and I tried not to snack too much... B- slice of cheese pizza L- ground turkey taco meat w/ salsa con queso S- salmon croquette D- salmon croquettes, lima beans, and smoked turkey S- lemon ricotta dessert 1187cals, 53g fat, 75g carbs, 96g protein, 14g fiber 60+ozs water, 18oz FUZE slenderize

Hello Carla :) I did pretty good yesterday, I met all of my goals but probably should have had more fiber for the cals I ate :P Breakfast Salad (200 cals, 8 protein) bar (140 cals, 10 protein)

Snack latte (135 cals, 13.5 protein)

Lunch chicken dinner (190 cals, 19 protein) apple (100 cals, 1 protein) cashews (250 cals, 8 protein)
