Oh Yeah Bars?

thanks for the tip Mary, I'll have to check out Pure Protein bars on my next visit!  I'm not a huge "protein bar" person, but they're great to have on hand when you're running out the door plus having reactive hypoglycemia I feel like I have to pack like I have children when I leave the house (enough liquids, protein and snacks) lol

I've heard the Oh Yeah ones are much better than the power crunch brand.. maybe I'll try them and see if I wont crash on them (reactive hypoglycemia really sucks!! lol)

i have a oh yeah vanilla peanut butter protein wafer in the house.  thought i would post the stats from the label. there are two sticks in the package.  this info is for the whole package 210 calories total fat  13 g cholesterol  2 mg sodium  135 mg total carb 8 g dietary fiber 2 g sugars 4 g PROTEIN  14 g i think they all vary a bit, but these seem to work pretty well for me i also do well with the atkins bars and south beach good luck, jacki
