Oh Yeah Bars?
thanks for the tip Mary, I'll have to check out Pure Protein bars on my next visit! I'm not a huge "protein bar" person, but they're great to have on hand when you're running out the door plus having reactive hypoglycemia I feel like I have to pack like I have children when I leave the house (enough liquids, protein and snacks) lol

I've heard the Oh Yeah ones are much better than the power crunch brand.. maybe I'll try them and see if I wont crash on them (reactive hypoglycemia really sucks!! lol)

i have a oh yeah vanilla peanut butter protein wafer in the house. thought i would post the stats from the label.
there are two sticks in the package. this info is for the whole package
210 calories
total fat 13 g
cholesterol 2 mg
sodium 135 mg
total carb 8 g
dietary fiber 2 g

i think they all vary a bit, but these seem to work pretty well for me
i also do well with the atkins bars and south beach
good luck, jacki
