We went into town yesterday to shop for the barbeque we're having on Sunday and I was inspired..I found a poster for an MS walk in April.MS is near and dear to my heart cuz my mom died of it (and pneumonia complications) in 1974. Now that I'm healthy (and can't apparently sit still) I can DO something like that.
Breakfast: Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Wheat Germ, Soy Milk.
Second Breakfast: 3 eggs, about a cup of cottage cheese and a slice of really good whole wheat bread (Yup, looks like I'm pushing the envelope)
Lunch: If it was actually lunch: 1 cheese stick and 1 Protein bar (Balance Essential)
Snacks: K20 protein drink and SoBe Living protein drink. I think I like the SoBe one better and it's cheaper.
Dinner: Pork chop (4 oz) Red Potato (1/2 a small one) and 1 large carrot. Found an Irish cookbook. Good stuff.
Dessert: Home Baked Protein bar

I might have even eaten more, I had a hard time remembering what I ate cuz I didn't write it down. It's hard in the afternoons cuz I eat breakfast so early and lunch so early that the afternoons are long and hungry before dinner..I don't want to graze all day. LOL
